Water Rates

Water rates are set by the Montville Town Council on the recommendation of the WPCA.

As indicated, an approximate 7% increase in water rates will be charged (following approval after a public hearing) from Groton Utilities who provides water to the Montville Water Supply. In order for our utility to meet the goals established by the Town of Montville, this new rate increase will be likely transferred to the ratepayer (upon approval by the WPCA and Town Council).
