Notice of Sewer Easement Improvements
The Town of Montville Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) is committed to operating and maintaining a reliable sewer collection system in line with the EPA’s recommendations on Capacity, Management, Operation, and Maintenance (CMOM). As a result, cross-country sewer easement improvements that cross or are adjacent your property are planned between the months of October-December 2022.
Why this project is important:
This project concerns the cross-country sanitary sewer easement improvements between Black Ash Road and Pheasant Run [or California Drive and Black Ash Road]. (See enclosed figure) These improvements will include clearing trees and brush and reseeding to allow WPCA staff to access the sewer and manholes for regular maintenance and inspection. Environmental regulations have been investigated and applicable permits have been obtained.
